How do I reset a placement test in Reading Eggs/Eggspress?

- Log in as a teacher or administrator.
- Select Reading Eggs from the dashboard.
- Go to Management in the left-hand side, then click Manage Progress.
- Use the tabs above the students list to choose the appropriate program (Reading Eggs, or Reading Eggspress, or Fast Phonics).
- Tick the checkbox next to the students you wish to reset the placement test for. Click All to select all students.
- Click Edit Progress (this button is just above the First Name column).
- Select Placement Test from the dropdown list in the sections below and click Update to save.
These are the only sections that have a placement test.
• Reading (under Reading Eggs tab)
• Spelling (under Reading Eggs tab)
• My Lessons (under Reading Eggspress tab)
• Phonics Peak (under Fast Phonics tab)
NOTE: Clinker Castle (Reading Eggs tab) and English Skills Spelling (Reading Eggspress tab) do not have a Placement Test.
To begin the placement test, students must click on the lesson map.
