Mathseeds / Fast Phonics Access via iPad
Some schools may experience trouble accessing Mathseeds or Fast Phonics on iPads.
This is not a product issue, but rather related to the NSW Department of Education (DoE) pre-authentication requirements.
What You May See
When trying to access the program, you might see this message:
“Hmm, we’re having trouble loading this page.”
Workaround Steps
Follow these steps on the iPad:
- Open Safari on the iPad.
- Go to detnsw.net.
- Log in using the student's or teacher's NSW DoE account.
- Select “Start browsing internet.”
- Switch to Mathseeds or Fast Phonics.

Press Refresh to reload the page.
