If you have a capacity alert on your dashboard indicating that the number of students is over capacity, you have the following options:

  1. Contact Customer Support to increase your capacity so these students can continue learning.
     
  2. Remove students from classes to reduce the capacity.
    • Click ‘Management’, 
    • Click ‘Manage Students’.
    • Select the student(s) you wish to remove.
    • Click ‘Remove from class’.


If you are under capacity, you can add additional students who can also use and benefit from learning within the program.
